With such a unpredictable and low inventory market, Kevin still gave 100% when working with us. He was so understanding and flexible with our schedule that was controlled by our two small children. We also had a budget in mind what we wanted to stick to with certain home features in mind (eg garage, washer-dryer hookups) that may have limited our search, and Kevin did his best to meet our criteria. We respected his advice and comments when we looked at homes. He was also proactive with our bank and escrow company to make sure things went smoothly.
